Crystal Tree HOA Financial Reports

Financial Reports are presented to residents at all Crystal Tree Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors Meetings.

At the end of each year, the Operating Budget for the upcoming year is presented at the Board of Directors Meeting, along with the calculated Monthly Assessments for single family and townhome owners.

You are encouraged to attend.

A copy of the Operating Budget is mailed out to all residents at the end of each year, along with Monthly Assessment payment booklets and envelopes.

The Crystal Tree Homeowners’ Association contracts the certified, public accounting firm of Mulcahy, Pauritsch, Salvador & Co., Ltd. to perform an independent financial audit each year.
