bullseyeGoals For 2010

As in previous years, the Board of CTHA has committed to achieve certain goals that are critical to our community’s needs.  This year there is a continuing emphasis on physical improvements⁄restorations since the community is approaching 25 years and demands it.

Planned Physical Improvements
  • Build a community park on the east bank of Lake Ridge Pond
  • Seal new streets to extend life another 8 to 10 years
  • Seek a grant from the Village to finish our Lake Ridge Park
  • Replace decrepit lighting at the community entrance
  • Continue Sidewalk Replacement Plan where needed
  • Obtain ownership of the west side of our entrance from the Country Club
  • Install an internal pumping system from our ponds for common area irrigation

Other Issues, Goals
  • Meet our financial plan goals
  • Achieve a satisfactory, no comment Audit from our CPA firm
  • Complete and adopt Lease Addendum for renters to comply with new Village regulations
  • Obtain signed agreements from John Morrissey, the new Developer, and the Village
  • Install a new speed control system
  • Expand Website utilization — make it our primary communication vehicle
  • Review and update our By–Laws where needed
  • Select replacement coach lights for townhouses
  • Increase Orland Park Police presence in Crystal Tree
We are already well along on many of these items and will report back to you at year end.

“If you don’t know where you are going, any route will get you there.”
