Status of Lot 101 Agreements

We are half–way home as we have a signed agreement from John Morrissey, our new Developer.  The agreement covers the following items:
  • CTHA Architectural Review, and design approval for all units in the Development
  • All owners must join CTHA and deposit a pro–rata Reserve payment
  • Assessment fee schedules for Developer and ultimate buyers
  • Construction procedures for the Development
  • CTHA approval for signage and any aestheticshouse
  • Restoration of the streets to their pre–construction condition by the Developer
  • Responsibility of the Developer for any site repairs, snow removal
  • Installation of a 5 foot sidewalk across Lot 101
  • Applicability of the agreement to any subsequent lot buyers
  • Final turnover procedure
Mr. Morrissey hopes to start construction this fall.  You should alert anyone you know that would like to live in Crystal Tree, since a short construction cycle for the 15 detached townhouses (ala single family) is in our mutual best interest.

We are awaiting final wording of the Country Club Agreement by their Legal Committee.  The previous President, Bill Rybak, and I agreed to the specific terms on a 10 year agreement.

Mark Burns, President
